Tile and metal roofs across the Illawarra, from a single repair through to a full restoration.
We clean, repair and recoat tile roofs, concrete and terracotta. The roof is pressure cleaned, cracked tiles are replaced, ridges are re-bedded and re-pointed, then it gets sealer and Dulux Acratex high build roof membrane. We use only the highest quality products and never rush the job.
Metal and Colorbond roofs get washed, the rust repaired, re-screwed where the fixings have let go, then painted. If your sheets are too far gone for that, we will tell you at the quote.
Broken tiles, damaged ridge caps, flashings, rusted valleys and storm damage. We repair rusted metal as well, not only tile. If a repair is all your roof needs, we will tell you that instead of talking you into a restoration.
Ridge caps sit on mortar bedding, and the pointing over the top of it cracks and crumbles with age. We strip the old pointing off, re-bed the caps where the mortar has gone, and re-point with flexible pointing. Every ridge and gable end gets done, not only the ones that have already lifted.
If water is getting in and you cannot work out where from, we will come and find it. We fix leaks on tile and Colorbond roofs. Call before the next lot of rain if you can.
We check the whole roof, not only the spot giving you trouble: tiles, ridges, valleys and flashings. Then we tell you what it needs and what it does not. We check thoroughly, but if we do miss something and it turns up during the job, we include it.
A quote costs you nothing. We come out, look at the roof properly, and put the price and the scope in writing. We never charge any more than the quotation price.
We clean and seal driveways as well as roofs. If you want yours done while we are on site for the roof, say so when we quote and we will price it in.
